They invest heavily in the growth and development of their Learning & Development team, ensuring their L&D professionals are continuously supported to thrive, innovate, and lead by example.Job DescriptionAs a Learning & Development Manager, you'll play a central role in our Client's people development strategy, helping teams reach their full potential. You'll deliver engaging, blended learning solutions, support leadership progression, and embed their Values & Behaviours across the business. You will be joining at an exciting period where they are modernising their approach to learning; embracing Virtual Reality, AI, and innovative design tools to create impactful learning experiences. You'll be part of a high-performing, national L&D team that's committed to both personal and business growth.Key Accountabilities and MeasuresLead the local L&D agenda, aligning with business transformation.Identify and address development needs with Management and HR.Design and deliver engaging, blended learning for operational teams.Support line managers in developing people management skills.Implement the annual L&D plan and maintain accurate training records via the LMS.Coach and develop skills trainers for high-quality, consistent delivery.Support the development of junior talent and apprentices.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites, with regular travel required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful L&D Manager should have:Expertise in Learning & Development, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.Excellent stakeholder management and ability to promote a learning culture.Deep knowledge of the learning cycle, accelerated learning techniques, and adult learning theory.Experience with learning technologies and blended learning solutions.Understanding of management development theory and best practice.Flexibility to work across multiple locations in LancashireFull UK Driving License.Ideally have an FMCG/ Manufacturing backgroundWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary up to £50,000 GBP.Permanent role with opportunities for professional growth.The opportunity to purchase up to an extra weeks annual leaveAward winning pension scheme with company contributions of 7%Life assuranceSupportive and collaborative work environment within the FMCG industry.If you are passionate about learning and development and ready to make a difference, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an L&D Manager
