**We are growing our team in Blackburn and are seeking a dedicated and committed Healthcare Assistant to provide essential care to our service user, supporting her complex care needs at home.**
- Term Time Only
- Part Time Days
- 8am - 4pm

Our service user is a happy and content 5-year-old girl who will be starting school in September 2024.

She requires a Healthcare Assistant who is skilled in complex clinical care to accompany her within her educational setting, on a part time basis.

It is crucial that you are attentive to her care needs, which includes personal care, mobility assistance, and attending to her clinical care needs when required.

She thrives on interaction with her care team and it is important that you promote her independence and socialisation with her peers, and encourage her to develop her skills.

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, really making an impact on their day-to-day lives.

**Why join us?**
