Let's talk about you. **Does this sound like you?** A passionate Technical Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and a real love for data and technology. You have an outcome driven mindset and a strong influencing ability when it comes to both internal and external stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of analysis techniques and process design. Being a mentor comes second nature to you as does knowledge sharing and helping people to develop their own skillset. You are excited by the prospect of joining a scale up and contributing by delivering impactful change which will fuel our organisational growth. **What you'll do**: - Conduct technical and non-technical business analysis, and be an expert in producing technical specifications for API and data architecture requirements, entity relationship diagrams and system architecture diagrams - Be a champion for clients and users, ensuring that their needs are always considered and incorporated in requirements specifications and process design - Define requirements and distil complex information regarding systems, processes, structures and code in to easy-to-understand business requirements and specifications - Be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across technical role deliverables including requirements definition, product assessment and testing. - Be responsible for ensuring that risk management processes and policies are adhered to mitigations and controls are incorporated into technical specifications **What you'll bring**: - An excitement to work in a scaleup environment, with a pro-active attitude to learning in a new and upcoming space - Multiple years working in a technical analyst role or similar - Expertise in producing business requirements, BPDs, ERDs and SADs - Expert level facilitation and stakeholder management skills - Considerable experience in delivering projects involving API build, data transformation, mobile apps - Proficient in SQL and producing automated testing scripts - Excellent communication and presentation skills **How we reward you**: At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like "fruit and snacks".
