Recruitment Assistant

Location:South Birmingham

Recruitment Administrator
- Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the recruitment cycle end to end
- Initiate the recruitment process once vacancies become live
- Provide advice and information to hiring managers on recruitment process, queries and issues.
- Engage with recruitment agencies
- Discuss positions with applicants
- Arrange interviews
- Schedule interview and book rooms
- Chase line managers for recruitment related documents and paperwork
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Send out offer packs and contracts
- Ensure all documentation returned as required
- Monitoring the recruitment system and identifying any information and data gaps, such as missing contracts, and taking action to resolve
- Provide MI information

Recruitment Administrator
- Key Skills and Experience
- This role is ideal for agency recruiters who want to move in house.
- This would also suit a HR Administrator looking to move into recruitment
- Alternatively you will have some in house recruitment experience.
- Able to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Tonnes of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
