We are a vibrant sales and marketing company based central Birmingham. We are facing huge expansion meaning they currently require a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin to join our in-house recruitment team. We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin who has previous in-house or agency recruitment experience with excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills..
The in-house recruitment team is small and influential meaning you will be able to put your own stamp on the role, make a measurable impact on the company’s profits and opportunities for rewards in line with business growth.
**Within this fast-paced, demanding role the primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to)**:
- Assess pipelines and suggest improvements to generate better recruitment results
- Arranging and conducting interviews as well as making offers
- Completing end of day reports
**The ideal Recruitment Coordinator will have**:

To be considered for this role you should have a hard-working nature and have the self-motivation to put in the time and effort to be successful. We are looking for someone who will immerse themselves in their company culture and help create an excellent atmosphere. You will have good telephone manner and ideally some experience in recruitment whether that be in-house or agency. Ideally, they would like someone who can hit the ground running and be ready to pick up the phone on day one.
