As a **Recruitment Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific areas within our professional services and Colleges. Reporting to the Recruitment and Administration Manager, you’ll deliver a proactive recruitment service, guiding managers on recruitment processes and best practices while ensuring effective co-ordination and recruitment administration.
Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with managers, applicants, and external agencies to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Supporting managers in advertising job vacancies through our online system.
- Coordinating interviews, invites and preparing contracts.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process and arranging pre-employment checks.
- Setting up new starters on the HR system.
You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease. While independence is key, you’ll also enjoy being part of a supportive HR recruitment team that values collaboration and excellent customer service.
In addition, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to wider HR operations, expanding your skills and knowledge.
