**Role Overview**:As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing team, empowering them to deliver impactful strategies that drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and set new industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.
- Work closely with the core operations team to align marketing efforts with the overall growth strategy of the agency.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver innovative marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities, positioning M.Ad Agency as a trailblazer in the industry.
- Oversee the execution of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
