We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator. As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Centrally Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch
- Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock, returning hire material and processing Supplier Invoices
- Raise customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Support general office duties and provide assistance to the Admin Manager when needed
**Qualifications**
- Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
