Administrator - Client Support

The Claims Support team are responsible for carrying out any general administrative duties they are tasked with by the Operations Manager or Operations Team Leader.
**It’s a busy and varied role, with a broad range of responsibilities, but the fundamentals include**:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Operate TopMark’s claims filing system
- Set-up new claims
- Close and archive files
- Recover closed files from the company’s storage facility
- Scan files and documents
- Type letters
- Input data onto, and generally update, G-Claim
- Deal with incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner and answering queries where possible
- Monitor office supplies and ensure that replacement stock is purchased
- Perform any other general housekeeping/claims support tasks
- Assist with the training of less experienced members of staff
- Set-up the boardroom and office for client/prospect meetings and clearing/tidying up afterwards
- Assist with the organisation of corporate events
- Cover the office reception desk and greet visitors
- Immediately report any workplace hazards to the Operations Manager as soon as they manifest
- Notify the Operations Manager of any matters which have the potential to generate a formal complaint
