My client is a well-known and well-respected estate agency with a network of branches in South Belfast, East Belfast and North Down. They have an excellent reputation in the local residential sector built on a commitment to provide customer centric solutions that exceed their client’s expectations.

As part of their continued growth, they now seek to recruit a **Lettings Negotiator** for their busy Lisburn Road branch.

What will you be doing?
- Organise and book in viewings, valuations and maintenance issues for rental properties.
- Occasionally attend viewings and follow up on feedback.
- Act as a liaison between contractors and landlords for maintenance work.
- Follow agreed procedures for Check-ins and Check-outs, obtain references.
- Help put together marketing material and brochures for new property rentals/sales.
- Keeping on top of contract end dates.
- Organise refunds of deposits.
- Provide administration support to team of valuers and sales staff.
- Assist the Directors with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth running of a busy office.

You will be a confident, natural communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, landlords and tenants. You will be super organised, methodical with the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on detail. You will be educated to A Level standard, a degree is preferred, but not essential.

You will enjoy completing set tasks, working as part of a small team and relish the opportunity to use your own initiative. You must be computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office. Applicants musthold a full UK Driving License.

Starting salary is £22,000 - £24,000 with opportunity to progress to a package including a commission structure. Office hours Monday to Friday, you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays. 28 days holiday, pension.
