Property Administrator/agent

**Job Purpose & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Sales/Lettings administrator preferably with Estate Agent experience that will have numerous responsibilities working in a fast paced environment to support our busy office dealing with Property Sales, lettings and management. Being the first point of contact for Vendors, landlords and tenants you will be required to develop excellent relationships and provide first class customer services to our clients and tenants alike. Working along side the Managing Director and managers we offer excellent training and the opportunity for further progression within a small and customer focused company for someone with excellent interpersonal and organised administration skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for clients/tenants
- Marketing properties for sales/let working in conjunction with Property Manager
- Conducting viewings as required and meeting prospective tenants
- Referencing tenants, guarantor’s, and documentation from prospective tenants
- Negotiating terms and conditions of the rental agreement
- Liaising with landlords to discuss the interested parties,
- Preparing leases and tenant welcome packs
- Contacting tenants and processing tenancy renewals for existing tenancies
- Scheduling/conducting and documenting routine inspections on properties actioning any findings
- Checking out/checking in tenants, preparing inventories
- Organising safety certificates and compliance
- Prepare and co ordinate social media postings
- Liaising with client and tenant enquires
**Qualifications desirable**
- Experience of working within the Property Industry in Sales/Lettings/Management
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent organisational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Have the ability to identify the Customer’s needs and challenges
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Clean UK driving licence be aged over 25 years due to driving insurance regulations
- Property Mark qualification would be desirable although not essential
