Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm. Saturday, 10:00am 12:30pm (on a rota basis)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our busy office in Stranmillis. This role involves managing a broad range of responsibilities within the lettings market, providing a high standard of service to landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will be confident, results-oriented, and committed to upholding our organisations exceptional customer care standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage enquiries via face-to-face interactions, telephone, and email.
  • Conduct accurate rental valuations.
  • Coordinate the marketing of properties available for let.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Prepare comprehensive move-in documentation.
  • Maintain and update the property portfolio using internal software systems.
  • Perform any additional duties as required to support the lettings team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of one years experience in the lettings sector.
  • Lettings qualification desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
  • Possession of a full, clean UK driving licence.
