**Company Overview**

Can-Tech is a leading provider of precision-engineered rubber parts for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a motivated and customer orientated **Sales Administrator** to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Handle sales enquiries and provide accurate quotations
- Receive and process customer sales orders
- Ensure accuracy of orders and manage them through the internal system
- Prepare and issue delivery notes and invoices
- Generate and distribute monthly sales reports

Please note: The above responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature of the role. Additional tasks may be required as part of the day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Third-level education preferred but not essential
- Strong computer literacy is required
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience in sales administration is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft such as word and excel is preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems as required.

**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday
39 hours per week

**Salary**:
£26,500 per year

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
