Mon - Thu 08:00 - 16:30
Fri 08:00- 13:00
The wish list of support is as follows but not limited too:
HR 121's career meetings with employees - at a basic investigatory 'what are you looking for, why have you requested this meeting etc
DSAR redaction - knowledgeable and confident to be able to know what needs redacting
LTA, STA management - supporting first line managers in the straightforward cases
The first stop to support performance management (PIP, Development Plans)
Pulling together information for weekly/monthly reports comms (not spreadsheets but a verbal list of highlights)
Exit interviews - routine not Senior Managers or HiPo's
Flex work requests - first point of contact
ER - Investigation, 1st stage support of the manager leading the investigation
Report to the ER & HRBP Director/HRM role and supporting the HRBP team on priorities as above. HRBP's will remain accountable for their patch
