HR Advisor needed with Gloucestershire County Council

**Start** **Date**:

- ASAP

**Location** - Gloucester (one day in the office)

**Duration** - initially 6 months

**Hours** **per** **week** - 37 hours per week

**Salary** - £19.31 ltd an hour

**Description**:

- You will support HR Advisors and managers and develop proactive HR solutions to drive the business forward
- You will take the lead role for one or more specific areas of the HR function, and be open to change dependent on the needs of the business
- Implement creative and innovative HR solutions to improve business outcomes
- Identify where there are gaps and challenges regarding HR process/working relationships and identify solutions where appropriate

**What is required?**
- Experience as a HR Advisor
- CIPD
