Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, multi-site environment? We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to drive forward the HR agenda and support operational teams across Gloucester and Manchester. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in employee relations, policy development, and team leadership will make a real impact. You’ll be working closely with managers and staff to deliver a high-quality HR service, while mentoring and empowering a HR Advisor (and ideally a HR Administrator). What You’ll Be Doing * Lead and manage complex ER cases, including appeals, grievances, and absence * Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development * Streamline HR processes to suit a growing business * Create, maintain, and roll out HR policies * Act as HR lead in change management, including TUPE and redundancy consultations * Build strong relationships with line managers to understand and support their needs * Empower the HR Advisor to confidently support operational teams * Collaborate with the wider HR team to embed new strategies and initiatives * Maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed * Travel occasionally to the Manchester site as part of your remit What We’re Looking For * Proven experience managing a HR Advisor and operating at Senior Advis...
