Experienced HR Advisor required for at least 6 months, paying between £38,000 - £40,000 pro rata'd, based in Gloucester, immediate starts offered.

Our client is going through a rapid period of growth and as such the existing HR team need support to manage the day to day HR issues allowing them to focus on bringing on all the additional staff that are required to support the growth plan.

As HR Advisor you will be dealing with a variety of activities such as:

- To be a first point of contact for all employees on site to answer queries in relation to their employment in a competent, respectful and confidential manner
- To advise and support managers with grievances, disciplinary actions, absence management and performance management cases on site
- To support managers in ensuring that comprehensive return to work interviews with all staff take place

To be considered as one of two HR Advisor's for our client you will need to have worked in HR for an extended period of time in order to be able to deal with the situations you will come across. Experience of working within manufacturing will be a distinct advantage.

This is an office based role, as you will need to be on hand to support the managers with issues as they arise.
