The HR Advisor is integral to the successful delivery of the HR Services provision within the Gloucestershire Constabulary. The team of HR Advisors are responsible for providing professional, expert HR advice, guidance and case management support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting circa. 2,600 colleagues. Essential to this role is the provision of excellence in Customer Service, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements and HR Policies, delivering HR support to Police Staff, Police Officers and Line Management in line with the Constabulary People Approach. The role holder will be responsible for managing multiple HR related cases, working closely with the relevant HR team members, including HR Managers and the HR Policy Advisor when required. This is a varied role adding significant value to the organisation through operational HR and project initiatives and having a visible impact on Gloucestershire Constabulary’s mission to keep people safe from harm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,360.00-£35,307.00 per year
