We have an exciting opportunity in our front office team as a Guest Relations Executive. You will be part of the Marriott family, serving as first point of contact and ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

**Main Duties-**
- Be the point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met, creating personal connections and responding to their requests
- Handle guest complaints making sure that immediate action is taken and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Managing the flow of questions and directing guests within the lobby.
- Providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Supporting any guest/host situation when needed to insure the integrity of the hotel is maintained, guest satisfaction is achieved, and host wellbeing is preserved.
- Following Brand Standards in all aspects of the role.
