Client Relations Assistant

Our Client Relations team identifies and builds partnerships with some of the world’s largest businesses, across the Digital, Tech, Banking and Legal sectors.
Working alongside our Head of Client Relations, you will have responsibility for a small portfolio of clients and work with several stakeholders throughout these organisations to manage their operational and technical requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day management of large accounts
- Maintain knowledge of key guests in-house for each account whilst being alert to potential priority guests, VIPs, extensions etc.
- Assist the Sales team to maximise our overall occupancy in any given week/month
- Conduct pre-arrival calls to ensure that every aspect of the booking is correct and that clients/guests have a full understanding of our services
- Update internal data systems (Sugar and Oscar) to ensure that all client/guest details are captured
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in a professional corporate environment
- Comfortable building and managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
- Team player but able to work on own initiative, with drive, energy, and enthusiasm
