About the role

This role with support the Head of People and our leadership team to build and maintain the culture across the business. You will be a dynamic, creative and fun character and have a passion of building environment where every employee can thrive. The role requires an individual who is excellent at adapting their communication to deliver an inclusive service for all of our employees. The role requires ‘ fun’ you need to be comfortable at questioning the status quo, changing what would be the norm to unbecome unique. You will partner with everyone and be a resilient individual who enjoys changing mindsets and bringing people together. The role is a fine balance between business practice and communications and turning them into engaging initiatives. The EE Partner will be the most important role we have in the business and will require a dynamic, vibrant, infectious individual to deliver what we need.

What will you do
- Work with the Head of People in this newly created function to lead, develop and execute the internal communications and employee engagement strategy
- You will provide a solid sounding board to the business
- Create compelling and engaging company events inline with our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy and our wellbeing strategy.
- Ensure a regular, timely and targeted flow of communication across the team on people deliverables.
- Measure and analyse the impact of activity on engagement levels.
- Ensure FFC wide messages are made relevant and communicated to the teams.
- Provide a voice to colleagues and find innovative ways to reach them directly, facilitating two-way conversation.
- Managing stakeholders across the business to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent.
- Build a programme of entertainment
- Be a ‘engagement sweeper’ and immerse yourself with all FFC teams
- Do things different, feel comfortable with bringing new ideas to the business
- Manage the employee engagement programme and track retention and eNPS survey results

About you

We’re looking for someone with a passion for employee engagement who is able to adapt quickly and administer impactful deliverables.

Essential:

- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in influencing stakeholders
- Track record in developing engaging employee initiatives
- Insight-led in developing strategy to ensure that plans reflect the requirements of the audience.
- Commercially-savvy and experienced in working with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in Internal Communications for scaling businesses
- Change communication and engagement experience.
- Strong knowledge of Internal Communication trends and best practice.
- Strategic thinker, able to join the dots between activities and plans
- Strong networking and presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with conflicting agendas and changing priorities.
- Colleague focused
- understands needs of colleagues and how to bring colleague voice into internal communication
- Skilled in crisis management and able to provide a rapid response when needed

Desirable:

- Google Workspace experience
- Bamboo HRIS experience
