**Employee Communications, Experience & Engagement Manager |Leading Student Housing Company |London (Hybrid) |Up to £60k + package**

We're currently looking for an Employee Communications, Experience & Engagement Manager. This is a brand new role in the business and a great opportunity with a wide scope to shape and deliver the employee experience and comms strategy, reporting into theHR Director.

**In this role you'll be**
- Mainly focused on Employee Communications but you'll also be excited by the opportunity to work across the likes of Diversity & inclusion, Wellbeing and the Employee Engagement Survey
- Writing brilliant & engaging comms, working alongside the Internal Comms team to deliver out to the business and its people
- Driving and chairing working groups and bringing people together
- Helping to land the new employer brand internally alongside the HRD & Talent

**Ideally you'll be someone who**
- Is a natural relationship builder and loves bringing different teams together to deliver a common purpose
- Has worked as part of an HR function previously
- Has experience in writing internal comms
- Is excited by the chance to scope a new role
- Has touched upon either D&I or engagement in your previous experience
