We are looking for an Employee Communications & Experience Manager to join our team.
This newly created role is pivotal in achieving business outcomes through the strategic review, selection, implementation, and ongoing management of communication technology platforms. You will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy that enhances both how we communicate and how employees experience our organisation. You will champion initiatives that promote our culture, enhance organisational knowledge, clarify our ambitions, and foster meaningful connection across teams. Through thoughtful communication and experience design, you will enable sharing, collaboration, and celebration of success - ensuring every employee feels informed, engaged, and valued throughout their career.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate communications professional with strong experience of driving internal communications who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role
Self-sufficient and proactive in identifying opportunities to drive the agenda forward.
Significant experience in building and managing SharePoint sites.
Experience in the use of identifying, developing and implementing a range of technology solutions to drive employee engagement.
Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively.
Flexible, adaptable and resilient.
Creative and forward looking with a holistic approach and passion for culture.
