The Campaign Delivery and Deployment Lead is responsible for successful and timely end to end delivery of 1000 targeted, multi-channel campaigns each year. Through collaboration with marketing, commercial, operations and internal this individual seeks opportunities for efficiency and innovation at scale while mitigating risks to timelines.

Supported by a large hybrid team that consists of permanent resources and contractors based on and offshore, the Campaign Delivery and Deployment Lead will drive continuous improvement across the delivery space, utilising sophisticated techniques and technology.

What you’ll do:

- Plan and Delivery Manage personalised communications. Collaborating with marketing, commercial stakeholders, and an engaged team of delivery managers be responsible for the delivery of campaigns from briefing through to successful deployment, while balancing thorough resource planning processes with the principles of continuous improvement.
- Lead continuous improvements in the ‘end to end’ Campaign Delivery Process. From Resource and Campaign Planning, Briefing to Deployment, using your intimate knowledge of customer communications processes, be a change maker across all stages in delivery, spear-heading improvements, driving efficient (cost savings) & accurate delivery, & lead investigations into issues.
- Champion the adoption and evolution of Campaign Delivery Tools: continuously improve the tools that we use to handle the end-to-end campaign delivery process including the management of briefs and resources (currently using Workfront) to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time to the agreed requirements.
- Handling our Multi-million Pound budget by working with HoD, Finance, internal colleagues, and 3rd parties. Ensure that budget allocations are traceable, spend against budget is supervised and invoices are paid promptly.
- Build a culture of collaboration and engagement within Connected Communications and across multiple Sky departments; Creative, Data Teams, Trading, Product Marketing, Customer Service and Digital.

What you’ll bring:

- Team Leadership: experience of leading technical and non-technical teams ensuring that the right project deliverables are consistently met, by careful planning and swift prioritisation calls.
- Campaign Planning Experience: Proven track record of running end-to-end customer communication roadmaps. Extensive experience in strategic campaign planning on high profile projects involving multichannel execution.
- Campaign Execution Experience (an Asset): Previous exposure to sophisticated marketing campaign planning tools and/or concepts (i.e., Adobe Campaign, Unica, SAS)
- Excellent Commercial and Analytical skills: Strong critical thinking skills and commercial awareness with the ability to translate complex technical themes to a non-technical audience
- Stakeholder Management: Consistent record of having established successful relationships, building up on your expert knowledge of CRM best-practices and passion about customer communications
