This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in hiring the talent we need to achieve our strategic growth plans, with significant scope to make an impact

What you’ll do:
In this role you’ll act as a senior strategic talent acquisition expert, who partners with the business to deliver recruitment plans that bring top talent to Sky.
- Research competitors and provide market maps for critical / future skill requirements
- Research Talent availability within a specific skill / location
- Provide market intelligence on competitor behaviours, reward strategy and organisation design
- Use content to engage talent pools on an ongoing basis
- Write research papers sharing market insight and act as an intelligence source to the broader TA function
- Set up of recruitment approaches for new markets
- Building end-to-end processes for new campaigns
- Delivery of recruitment into new markets until stable, before handing off responsibility to core TA team
- Deliver required talent pools against KPIs on talent pool size, diversity and engagement
- Deliver recruitment for campaign and critical hiring based on the campaign plan devised by the Campaigns & Sourcing / TA Managers

What you’ll bring:

- Knowledge of putting sourcing techniques into practice within a large scale organisation
- Strong research skills and understanding of passive sourcing tools and approaches
- Experience dealing with building new recruitment solutions for campaigns and/or new markets
- Detail conscious and driven to achieve against key metrics and KPIs
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work effectively individually and as part of an agile team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects

Your office base: Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
