Production Assistant

What you'll do:

- Manage files efficiently, ensuring proper organization and easy accessibility
- Creation of projects on our internal workflow tool the Sky Creative Portal.
- Share creative assets with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct research to gather necessary information for production projects
- Coordinate the delivery of completed branding materials
- Source required assets for designers and creatives
- Schedule post-production time and resources effectively
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers as necessary
- Create small budgets for projects and collaborate with Producers to develop larger project budgets and schedules
- Maintain up-to-date trackers to track project progress
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) for necessary materials and services
- Ensure accurate completion of timesheets, verifying that the design team submits their timesheets promptly

What you'll bring:

- 1-2 years experience spent in a production equivalent role.
- Positive attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Keen interest in TV, advertising, design, and print
- Proficiency in computing skills, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
