"We're looking for a positive self-starter, someone tenacious and detailed orientated with a creative flair - this person will lead our talented team and bring the best out of them, inspiring them to deliver exciting campaigns to contribute to the success of NOW & help shape our Social Media Strategy across Entertainment, Cinema, Sport and Influencers for NOW" - Byron Fitzpatrick, Head of Social, Influencer & Audience What you'll do: - A leading role in driving forward NOW’s evolving Social strategy, from its development to overseeing its implementation across our channels.- Deliver consistent and comprehensive evaluation of the social output to demonstrate its impact on our business and brand metrics, shaping and setting Social budgets across the financial year.- Lead a team of a senior manager, 2 social managers and 3 execs to deliver activity from creative campaigns to our day-to-day engagement driving posts, paid social support and influencer activations. Lead & empower team to deliver outstanding social content.- Responsible for managing internal & external relationships on behalf of NOW Social - such as creative & media agencies, studio & platform partners, other NOW & Sky teams (PR, Operational, Content, etc) teams, to align with their campaigns, support activations or comms crises as a key team member, nurture fruitful relationships to make the best of all internal & external partnerships.- Lead on integrating Social Media into the overall marketing and communications mix.- Drive innovations in Social Media for NOW to ensure we are considered a 'social savvy' brand. What you'll bring: - Demonstrable experience in overseeing the management of social media platforms and social analytics to evaluate success, as well as the delivery of creative campaigns, enabling project leaders to autonomously own & lead campaigns.- Ability to drive objectives against one overarching strategy across multiple campaigns & projects.- Strong leadership qualities & a proven track record of inspiring and motivating a team to deliver activity to set targets with the ability to multi-task and prioritise for yourself and your team in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent agency & team member management experience with strong creative problem-solving, crisis management & mediating skills.- Collaborative approach - able to lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple partners from around the business.- Confident in presenting campaigns / initiatives to Head of and Director level team members.
