We can offer you: - A value-based culture - all of our employees live by our shared core values which in turn brings everyone together in a collaborative culture with a real sense of community. - We can offer you access to an online learning portal assisting you in progressing and developing your skill set further. - Outstanding benefits package including private healthcare, matched pension, holiday purchase scheme, increased holiday entitlement with service, enhanced Maternity leave and additional 'moments that matter' paid time off - Bench-marked salary and progression paths. **Job Purpose**: Internal cyber-security sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio **Responsibilities**: - Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision - Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area - Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets - Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts - Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes - Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing" - In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements - Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions - Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement - Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) - Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required - Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs) - Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting - Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information **Knowledge Skills and Experience** - 1 year experience ideally (not required) - Numerate with good attention to detail - Excellent telephone manner - Priority management and planning skills - Strive to achieve set targets - Understands Sales Process - Effective Communication Skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook - A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential - IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential LI-POST
