As a Management Assessor you will:

- Provide high-quality tutorial support and assessment for learners undertaking ILM and CMI leadership and management qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3.
- Provide training, tutorial support, and assessment at Level 4 and Level 5 - following further development.
- Deliver awarding organisation mandatory inductions, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Mark written assignments.
- Create assessment plans and alternative assessment methods.

We are keen to speak to people about this Management Assessor opportunity who have the following skills and experience:

- Assessor qualification such as A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33, PTTLLS.
- Occupational competence in management at Level 3 or higher.
- Proficient using all functions within Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to plan ahead, manage tasks, and meet competing deadlines.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.

In return, as an Assessor you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 pa dependent on experience and qualifications plus 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and the extra days as already mentioned. Private health insurance and all work equipment(computer, printer, mobile, accessories, office consumables) supplied.
