Administrator - Bournemouth - Salary £24,000

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This role is to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months on a FTC.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR systems are kept up to date on a regular basis
- Support the team with onboarding of permanent staff
- Oversee the onboarding of agency staff
- Prepare all Contracts of Employment
- Set up all new starters on the HR internal system
- Ensure all spreadsheets have accurate data relating to new starters, leavers and headcount
- Organise any paperwork required for probationary reviews
- Be involved in meetings for disciplinary’s, absences and grievances ensuring accurate notes are taken
- Make sure all administration tasks are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner
- Keep up to date with new legislation and statutory requirements which may suggest changes to HR policies and procedures
- Support the development and maintenance of positive employee relations
Skills & requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills
- Personable and confident with communication across all levels
- Strong administration experience
- Good knowledge of MS programmes including Excel for data inputting
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
