**Customer Service Executive**
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Bournemouth. We are a digital marketing and website design agency with a large network of clients. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for handling customer complaints, resolving billing issues, managing customer accounts, processing cancellations, and addressing any other internal customer service-related matters.
This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and other related concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and relevant documentation.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, providing information, troubleshooting, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Process customer cancellations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements to enhance customer experience.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain positive relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company guidelines, standards, and protocols for customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferable but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
