**About the role**:
As an **Assistant Manager**you’ll know how to get the best from your team by offering great service and motivation where needed. This is a great opportunity for a General Manager in the making and although we want you to be yourself it’s keythat customer service along with making memorable events is something you are passionate about. You’ll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team as well as taking the lead and running shifts.
You’ll have previous experience as an **Assistant Manager** or Supervisor in a similar hospitality or retail role and have confidence in yourself to have the ability to develop to the next level.
