Care Coordinator
- Experience/ skills
- Minimum 3 years experience within health and social care setting.
- QCF level 4 in adult health and social care or willing to work towards it.
- Well developed verbal and written communication.
- Self motivated, with a strong initiative
- Assist to plan, allocate, evaluate staff workload
- Liaise with registered manager
- Company policies and procedures to be in line with CQC regulations
