**About The Role**:
We have a vacancy for a Concierge Host to join our team based in Gaydon.
You will be the point of contact between JLR Estates Management/OCS and the building end user ensuring an efficient FM service is provided.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the high-quality presentation in selected zone areas, meeting rooms and office space, providing a safe and secure environment for our client.
You’ll be polite and courteous to customers and visitors, providing a 5-star customer service environment, whilst respecting confidentiality, as some areas of work are within highly confidential departments and require additional levels of security
**Main Duties**:
- Ensure the zone areas are presented to the highest standard by carrying out daily walks, reporting any defects. Log building and equipment faults via JLR ‘E’ Tracker system and provide information on progress of rectification. Take ownership of issues to satisfactory conclusion and liaise/manage 3rd party suppliers.
- Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards, conducting service cleans of facilities (toilets, kitchenettes etc) and spot cleans as required.
- Be the point of contact for all zone users for resolving queries or issues related to the working area. Deal with any client requests promptly and courteously liaising JLR facility users to understand priorities and future events/requirements.
- Manage conference room bookings in Zone areas. Track non attendees and support moving users on when overstayed meeting room allocation.
- Set up rooms with pens, paper, white boards etc and reset furniture to original setting after meetings
- Manage Kitchen Area - load/unload dishwashers, ensure adequate beverage consumables are available (tea, coffee, milk, sugar etc).
- Topping up coffee machine water and removing old pods ensuring coffee machine is ready to use at all times.
- Checking fruit, drinks and milk have been topped up first thing and contacting catering if more is need throughout the day.
- Helping with any catering orders, amending as required should amounts or timings change
**What You’ll Need**:
- Strong experience in front of house or customer service environment would be desirable
- Experience in the customer service industry would be desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- To be able to walk for long periods
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn bespoke computer systems.
