The Knowledge & Competence (K&C) Curriculum Executive sits on the Product Strategy &
Innovation team and supports the identification, planning and validation of the K&C curriculum
as well as the assessment process for the delivery and design of B2B products and bespoke
solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Product Strategy, the K&C Curriculum Executive will work with the K&C
Curriculum Leads supporting the development of the global K&C curriculum for both RICS
RICS’ qualification and assurance frameworks and leading to meaningful progression pathways
and lifelong learning.
The K&C Curriculum Executive will also support the work led by the B2B Solutions Specialists on the assessment of opportunities, including the identification of SMEs and refinement of cost
structure, to enable the design of solutions for firms.

**Key Achievements & Responsibilities**
Support on the design and delivery of relevant curriculum that meets the knowledge and
competence needs of the RICS profession and is aligned to our qualification and assurance
requirements
- Support on the analysis and horizon scanning to develop curriculum effectively by engaging

with internal stakeholders and identifying clear curriculum needs that meets both the
profession’s and commercial needs
- Working with the K&C Curriculum Leads, develop detailed plans on emerging curriculum and

coordinate the implementation processes with appropriate stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external SMEs including trainers and the Strategic Partnerships team

to support the solutions assessment and proposal design
- Produce reports and maintain relevant information using available project management

tools and controls
Expected Outcomes
- Support the development of annual curriculum plan and longer-term plan for the future as

the year progresses
- Assist on the curriculum process framework for the knowledge and competence products

ensuring it is aligned with market needs
- Provide insight on future requirements and opportunities to the product team

- Identify content synergies and opportunities between the K&C curriculum and B2B solutions
- Foster effective and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure B2B project information is recorded and solutions are properly planned and delivered

on time

**Experience Required**
Experience working on curriculum design and/or relevant experience with related products
- Culturally aware with the ability to operate effectively in a global role and work with teams

from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise
- Able to work under pressure and deliver results within defined deadlines
- Strong communication skills - written, oral and with good presentation skills
- Business development acumen, financially astute and commercially aware
- Strategic thinking and analysis; political awareness and diplomacy
- Confident and motivated self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
- Knowledge of the property and built environment industry (desirable)
- Project management and product management certifications (desirable)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
