ROLE PURPOSE Reporting into the Head of Quality, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the wider business, you will lead on the design, development and management of a portfolio of blended solutions, learning sessions and resources across an extensive suite of delivery areas. With extensive experience in teaching, learning and blended learning methodologies, you will be responsible for designing effective learner journeys considering all learning styles and acceptability options ensuring all content is created in line with effective techniques, ensuring all curriculum is delivered as intended to deliver and an outstanding teaching and learning experience to every learner, every time. ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES Work in collaboration with Head of Quality, Quality Improvement Lead and alongside subject matter experts to design and develop critical components within the learner journey. Ensure all learner journeys are compliant, and incorporate proven methodologies, different learning styles and accessibility options. Accurately map all KSBs and wider curriculum criteria. Embed wider curriculum activities including functional skills, and information, advice and guidance into all learner journeys. Design a comprehensive suite of blended learning solutions for all delivery areas. Publish quality content in line with agreed times and service level agreements. Project management of the build of all new programmes assigned to you, ensuring that all content is created timely and of high-quality. Use expertise in effective teaching and learning techniques to design learning sessions and resources aligned with assessment criteria. Consider individual learning styles in all content and curriculum development activities, including accessibility options to ensure every learner has an outstanding experience. Ensure all content developed is enriched by embedding wider skills required by Ofsted Education Framework (EIF). Effectively communicate any changes to curriculum to internal stakeholders, serving as a champion for the learning methodologies employed. Aware of GDPR legislation and complying with Data Protection processes. Skills and Experience Essential Fully conversant with the Ofsted Inspection Framework 2025 ensuring programmes meet the framework requirements. To be conversant with DfE funding regulations and rules for OTJH. Proven record of co-ordinating, developing, monitoring and delivering creative educational programmes. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision. Desirable Teaching qualification (CET, CERT ED / PGCE). Learning design tools such as Articulate, Synthesia and Rise. Safeguarding And Welfare Responsibilities Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and staff is everyone’s responsibility. All staff, therefore, have a part to play in ensuring the best possible support and care is provided. As a member of the Metagedu team you are expected to : Be familiar with and understand your responsibilities as outline within our Safeguarding & Prevent Policy and adhere to these within all aspects of your work. Complete all assigned training and development identified by the Designated Safeguarding Lead & Metagedu. Be familiar with and understand the key safeguarding risks which apply to the Metagedu context, remaining vigilant to the potential indicators of these risks in all aspects of your work. Report instances of actual or suspected safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Officer, in line with the processes defined within our Safeguarding & Prevent Policy. Promote our culture of safeguarding by effective use of opportunities to develop learners’ knowledge and understanding of safeguarding through our embedded curriculum approach and 121 learner discussions.
