As a HR Administrator, you will operate as the first point of contact for general HR enquiries. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties to support the HR function.

**Client Details**

Page Personnel have partnered with one of our Sheffield based clients who are a global leader in steel production and engineering.
They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a full time, and permanent basis.

**Description**

As a HR Administrator you will be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries, and where necessary referring queries to the appropriate member of the team.
You will support with the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding new starters, producing offer letters and contracts.
You will also ensure absence is accurately reported and return to work forms are complete, and maintain accurate electronic personal files.

**Profile**

The successful HR Administrator will be have:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role
- Ability to build effective relationships and work as an effective team member
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
