**Role**:HR Administrator
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm | 2 days per week working from home
**Contract**: Permanent
**Location**: Sheffield
**Salary**: £23,000pa + 22 days holiday which increases for long service, hybrid working (2 days per week remote, 3 in the office) free parking, future development opportunities and much more
**Duties -**
- Maintain personnel files, ensuring the databases is kept up to date
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
- liaising between recruitment agencies and hiring managers
- Administration of HR communication including offer letters and contracts
- Attend meetings alongside the HR Manager often taking notes and acting as a witness
- Support the Payroll Manager with staff payroll
- Being a point of contact for employees for any HR related queries
- General HR Administration support as and when needed
**Experience**:
- Experience working within a HR team would be beneficial in this role or studied in a relevant field
- CIPD qualified or working towards would be an advantage but not essential
- An effective communicator who is able to liaise with colleague at all levels
- Good IT and attention to detail skills
