**Role Summary ¦**Based within the PRODUCTION department, reporting to the Operations Manager, providing administrative support to the Production Team-Leaders, primarily within the Production Areas, the Production Administrator is to assist the Production Team Leaders in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administration tasks covering As-Built Documentation, Training Records, EHS and COSHH documentation, and similar Team-Level reporting activity. The role will provide an interface between the Quality and Production Teams. The successful delivery of the role will require a methodical approach to establishing routines within the Production Teams to enable compliance with business and production requirements.

**Personnel Qualifications ¦**
- Proven experience in an administration-support role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- The ability to establish robust routines and schedules.
- Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities ¦**
- Assist PTLs in the timely and accurate completion and reporting of As-Built documentation.
- Upload Production Related training records and qualification to the Personnel Portal.
- Assist PTLs in uploading Asset Register items such as latest testing certification, calibrations, and service reports.
- Assist PTLs workshop administration tasks such as consumable purchasing, EHS Reporting and Quality reporting.
- To assist the IM with Improvement Initiatives and monitoring of Team-Level performance.
- To assist the EHS manager with improvement Initiatives and monitoring of Team-Level performance.
- To provide an interface with other PTLs and business personnel with routine tasks.
- To assist with the production of workshop documentation templates, signage and business-branding.
- Assisting the CL and PTLs in Identifying, documenting, and addressing any deviations from quality standards through corrective actions (CARs).
- Outputs ¦ Successful delivery of the role should provide the following to the business:

- Consistent As-Built Reporting : To assist in ensuring that all production as-built records are completed in a timely manner and meet project requirements.
- Non-Conformance Management: Improved CAR reporting and close-out leading to a reduction in the cost of non-quality.
- Personnel Training Records : more accurate and searchable training records.
- Continuous Improvement: increased cadence of improvement activity
- Increase Production Capacity : through ensuring PTLs and CLs follow business routines and are assisted in administrative tasks to release time for CL and TL activities.
