**Admin / Operations Coordinator**

**6 month ongoing contract**

Working to support the smooth running of the Widnes depot and reporting to the Senior Co-ordinator, you will provide support to Production Manager. To input operational data and provide key operational metric and general office management support to theOperations management team at Widnes.

**Responsibilities**
- To input operational data from block cards into Alista
- Service Order raising
- General office management and administrative tasks
- Liaise with the team to ensure operations run smoothly
- Manage projects by communication with other departments, to identify potential problem areas.
- Assist in the management of Rail system data accuracy, by identifying discrepancies in SAP.
- To provide and maintain Operational KPI's using data from Alista and SAP
- To maintain HR KPI's

**Qualification and Experience**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience of Data handling skills.
- Training in the use of relevant Information Systems, e.g. SAP.
- Proactive approach, able to work on own initiative and good problem solving skills
- Willing to continually develop skills, knowledge and experience
- Good understanding of the HR function and general site administration
