**About the role**
We’re now looking for an Administrator to join our friendly Responsive Repairs team in Widnes to carry out appointment planning and general administration activities to support service delivery.
As a Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in utilising Evolve’s IT systems to undertake appointment planning, allocating property repair and maintenance works to Evolve colleagues and external contractors, monitoring and updating records accurately and promptly for works completed.
You'll liaise with customers, clients and work colleagues, primarily by telephone, to ensure property repairs and maintenance works are planned and carried out as required.
You'll be able to create, maintain and store documents in accordance with the approved systems to ensure records can be located efficiently and will manage enquiries effectively, providing clear and accurate advice or signposting as appropriate, escalating complaints and complex queries via the agreed route.
**What we’re looking for**
We’re looking for someone with previous experience of providing general administrative support and who can use Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook. You'll be results focused and able to take ownership of tasks. You'll need to be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're also customer focused and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. It would be advantageous if you have previously worked within a social housing setting.
