Office Administrator

**Our client, a leading chemical distributor, is looking to add an experienced Office Administrator to their dedicated & committed team.**
- Manage M4 Alerts & associated placement of purchase Orders using the M4 system & action repository
- Run, interpret & process low level stock reports by Supplier
- Assist & build composite purchasing loads & co-ordinate inbound delivery of stocks
- Assist in the management & help achieve stock KPI 's/working capital/ SMS target limits
- Assist in transport / delivery consignment management
- Ensure purchase orders are confirmed in line with business deadlines (i.e. Month, Quarter, Year end)
- Full management of all aspects of direct & indirect stock deliveries within M4
- Accurate and efficient administration following the creation of all new product codes and adherence to supplier approval policy for all new suppliers alongside commercial team
- Frequent proactive review of M4 order patterns, stock levels to facilitate forecast management in conjunction with all depots & commercial teams
- Take part in physical & reconciliation of inventory at monthly stock take
- Quarantine / Warehouse transfer management
- Purchase Ledger
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective & efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability
- Any other admin associated tasks
***Due to the nature of the role, experience with Microsoft Word & Excel is essential.**
