**Office Administrator**

Founded in 1994, Coldhold Systems Ltd is a family run company. We design, manufacture and install insulated panel-controlled temperature environments including coldrooms, freezer rooms, chillers, test rooms and hygienic preparation areas for the commercial and retail sector. We are the major supplier to Marks and Spencer and Morrisons.

**Full job description**

Key Responsibilities include;
Ordering factory and office supplies

Booking transport

Organising sending of spare parts

Compiling basic Method Statements

Compiling relevant documents for site packs

Updating Health & Safety documents

Booking accommodation

Ensure staff training record are up to date

Maintaining vehicle and forklift records

Filing/Archiving job files

Any other duties that are deemed relevant to the position

The applicant will be required to have:
Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and focus
- Excellent communication skills

You would also need your own transport due to the location of the office

Schedule:

- Flexible hours to be discussed

Work Location: In person
