We are looking for an established recruiter with excellent stakeholder management experience to manage all of our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solution) client's recruitment needs. Our client has hybrid working so you can work from the office basedin Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, from home or wherever suits you best

If you are looking for a new challenge or to carry on adding value where you drive and manage the entire recruitment end to end process, this could an excellent opportunity for you. Using the latest ATS technology and recruitment tools, this role will suitsomeone who is process driven and used to working within a fast-paced environment.

As part of this role, you will get involved in the full recruitment eco-system including Diversity and Inclusion, employer brand, benchmarking and working with Senior Stakeholders across the organisation. You are of course backed up by a larger deliverysupport team.

**Requirements**:
**As Recruitment Manager you would be responsible for**:

- Senior Stake Holder Management
- you will be dealing directly with our clients most Senior Management
- understanding their needs and communicating these back to our teams.
- Building valued relationships with Partners, HR Business Leaders and Hiring Managers, to deliver their recruitment needs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to look at forecasting external recruitment needs and carrying out full qualification briefs with hiring managers to understand the capability requirements of vacant roles.
- Assisting with any recruitment drives and providing support in the coordination and execution of assessment centres.
- Authentically represent the brand and employer value proposition in the market
- Manage recruitment data and use MI to inform your own thinking and help influence the business in their thinking about recruitment.

**About you**
- Experienced agency or in house recruiter vastly experienced in stakeholder management
- Adaptable in your approach and style depending on your client/stakeholder
- Must be hands on and used to sourcing for multiple processes
- Able to demonstrate effective communication at all levels
- Needs to be a strong communicator, credible, engaging, able to influence
