An opportunity is on the cards for a Site Manager to join a leading PLC house builder based in the Nottingham area. Notorious for their 5-star quality house building methods, they are looking for a reputable individual to lead a team of top-quality workerson various new sites in and around the area.

**The Role**:
As a Site Manager, you will do the following:

- Be a knowledgeable and professional point of contact on site
- Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently
- Work within tight timeframes and delegate tasks accordingly
- Motivate and communicate with team effectively
- Use prior management skills to lead team with confidence

**About you**:

- New build housing experience working as a site manager
- From a high-volume housing background
- 1+ years’ experience
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- NVQ 6+
- Full UK Driving License
