The Role: As the No.1 on site, you'll take full responsibility for driving a traditional build, volume housing development through all phases-ensuring the highest standards of safety, programme, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of all site activity Leading site teams, trades, and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered on time and to NHBC / company standards Managing all health & safety documentation and compliance Coordinating materials, logistics, and short-term programming Conducting regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress meetings What We're Looking For: Proven experience working as a No.1 Site Manager on volume housebuilding schemes Strong technical knowledge of traditional build construction Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid A solid track record of delivering housing projects from start to finish Why Apply?
