If you are a people person who strives to provide the best Customer Service, this is the role for you. Our client, a market leading company within their industry, are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrators to join the team with an immediate start.

As a Customer Services Administrator your duties will be as below:

- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely matter
- Engaging with external contractors and internal departments to obtain information
- Accurately recording all information on to company systems
- Appropriately deal and escalate any sign of customer dissatisfaction

The successful Customer Service Administrator will have the following:

Previous experience with a similar role
- Knowledge of the Construction/House industry is essential
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to quickly resolve any potential issues
- Self-motivated
- Confident telephone manner
