Part Time Customer Service Administrator

**The Role**
- General administration duties for the Commercial team
- Speaking to customers and updating client records accurately
- Working with the team to ensure that clients receive prompt responses to their queries
- Follow the rules and regulations as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
- Minimum of one year’s customer service experience in any industry
- A passion for delivering the best service possible to your customers
- Ability to build a rapport with lots of different types of individuals internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Being a team-player: our success is not only based on individual efforts, but working efficiently as one team
- Confidence to manage your workload and any issues professionally and calmly
- Embrace and support our culture
- Ideally a minimum of 5 GCSE's including English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Computer Literate
**Hours**: Part time, ideally Monday - Wednesday 22.5 hours a week
