**We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team at Goodridge Electrical Contractors as our new Part Time Office Administrator.**
Previous administration or receptionist experience would be preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of Xero software or TSheets would also be desirable.
**Office Admin Role Specification**
- Vehicles are taxed, mot, serviced, insurances
- Upload invoices and receipts, make sure banks are reconciled in our software - XERO
- Ensure Office is clean and tidy after every shift and at the end of the week.
- Mail is opened and processed daily
- Bank statements are scanned and filed onto our drive
- All paperwork is correctly filed and locked away
- ISO:9001 compliance
- Safe contractor compliance
- Staff holiday's schedule and time off
- Quotes followed up
- Late payments chased
- Answering phone and answering inquiries
- Stock for office
- Stock for staff uniform
- Keep calendar kept up to date
- Set reminders
- Social media
- Keeping vendor information up to date
- Organising staff reviews and meetings
- Taking minutes for meetings
- Creating Purchase orders, invoices and quotes
- Paying bills when needed
- Stock taking of our warehouse
- Signing in Deliveries
- Keeping Company Asset database up to date
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: From £8,670.00 per year
