Innov8 Agency are proud to be recruiting for our innovative and established construction client in Glasgow Scotland, who are seeking an experienced Sales coordinator to join their sales team.

The established construction and home improvement specialist are a well-known national organisation in Scotland and have over 40 years of experience. They are a dynamic and innovative home improvement company and are committed to transforming homes and enhancing the lives of our customers as well as sustainable measures.

**About the role**

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual to support the sales and growth of the business.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Booking appointments for sales team in the Glasgow and Scotland region
- To coordinate fully qualified sales opportunities from genuine enquiries
- Coordinating the sales team’s bookings and appointments at homes or business to sell products and services (primary products Windows, Conservatories, Doors and installations)
- To support the competitive quotations process where applicable.
- Keeping on top of bookings and appointments and conversions on CRM system (Including Salesforce)
- Providing sales and business development coordination support for the business

**Essential criteria**
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience in a similar role within a UK business
- Ability to manage own workload, work to deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Reliable, trustworthy and team-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Living in a commutable distance of Glasgow
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
